Disappointing Conclusions
I don't get the point in writing a book or making a movie if you are just going to screw up the ending. I have earlier posted about one such ending, namely Harry Potter. What was the point of wasting so much time and work on 7 volumes if the best guy is just going to die. Die Hard. Hans Gruber and his brother Simon, along with Thomas Gabriel were all killed undignified deaths. Except, Simon, of course, who was blown up along with a 747. Still, all of them were killed while the loser John McLane, kept on winning and managing to keep his job as a bad cop. Then we have the Lord Of The Rings, where Mordor was defeated and the One Ring, an extremely delicate work of art, was ruthlessly and barbarically thrown into the fires of Mordor by some irrelevant hobbit. As you can see, I am right like always and there is no hope of any one giving an ending as awesome as Star Wars. Each and every one is satisfying and purposeful. Episode I, the great jedi mentor Qui Gon Jin was killed, Episode II, Anakin killed innocent tusken raiders. Episode III, Anankin joined the Dark Side of the Force, the jedi went extinct and the republic died along side democracy as the Empire prevails. If you want to know about Episodes IV, V and VI just watch the movies.
